One of the common uses of POY includes the manufacturing of Drawn Texture Yarn or DTY. Draw Textured Yarn is used for the manufacturing of hosiery items, fishing nets, ropes, and high tenacity DTY is used for producing sewing thread, tyre cord etc. DTY is available in semi dull, Full Dull and bright DTY finishes.
